This page concerns the sin of not keeping the 3rd commandment of the Ten Words (Ten Commandments) written on stone and given to Moshe on mount Sinai:

Exodus 20:7 Thou shalt not take away the Name of YaHuWaH thy Elohim to nothingness; for YaHuWaH will not hold him guiltless that takes away His Name to nothingness.

Jewish and Christian teachers have for many centuries taught instructions contrary to YaHuWaH 's written Torah. YaHuWaH gave specific warning before the time of these teachers that nothing was to be added to or taken away from His instructions (Torah).

Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of YaHuWaH your Elohim which I command you.

Because the Pharisees had modified the Torah extensively with additional rules, they didn't recognize YAHUSHUA their King. He came to them keeping His Father's instructions (Torah) explicitly. The Messiah was accused of healing someone on the Sabbath, going through a grain field and eating on the Sabbath, not washing His hands before eating, etc. These were all man made rules and traditions instituted by the Pharisees that blinded their own eyes to the Absolute Truth standing before them.

The Ineffable Name: The Sin of Taking Away the Name of YaHuWaH to Nothingness.

One of the bogus rules that continues to be taught today is the lie that YaHuWaH 's Name isn't to be spoken, that it's ineffable. This instruction isn't contained in the Torah given to Moshe. It's a fabrication of Jewish religious teachers. The Hebrew manuscripts are filled with the Tetragrammaton YHWH. And He gives instructions to call upon His Name. How can someone call upon YaHuWaH 's Name if his or her teachers don't allow them to speak it? The admonition not to speak the Name of YaHuWaH is an invention of man. Honor YaHuWaH 's authority, not man's authority. That's exactly what YAHUSHUA the Messiah did. And it got Him crucified.

The Christians went along with the Jews and have hidden the Name of YaHuWaH from their followers, substituting "the LORD" in their bibles for the tetragrammatron YHWH that appears in the manuscripts. As a result Christians and Jews have no idea what to call the Father, other than Father or God.

So, the Jews have substituted other words for the Tetragrammatron YHWH when speaking the words of the Hebrew bible. One of the words used is "Adonai" and another is "HaShem". HaShem means "the Name". Adonai means "Lord". Some Jewish texts go so far as to spell G_D and L_RD.

Even the good intentions of man are sin if they don't reflect the commands of YaHuWaH. His commands and instructions are to be cherished, guarded , and obeyed.

A Judgment on Modern Day Israel for the Sin of Taking Away the Name of YaHuWaH

The king of Jordan, His Majesty Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, a Muslim, is in control of the Temple Mount in Old Jerusalem. Moshe Dyan gave the Temple Mount back to Jordan in order to pacify the Muslims shortly after aquiring it in the 1967 Israeli - Arab Six Days War. The Muslim Dome of the Rock is currently sitting on the Temple Mount, and it's off limits to everyone except Muslims. This Temple Mount is where the Jewish Temple sat before it was destroyed in 70 AD by the Romans, and where Solomon's Temple sat before it was destroyed around 600 BC by the Babylonians.

His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn al Hussein is king of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It's called the Hashemite kingdom because the lineage of King Abdullah's royal family can be traced all the way back to the muslim prophet Muhammad and then back to Muhammad's great grandfather Hashem. That's why Jordan is officially known as the "Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan".

The Jewish teachers have replaced the Name of YHWH with Adonai or HaShem. Orthodox Jews regularly refer to HaShem in blessings and prayer instead of YaHuWaH. Ironically, in their zealous intentions, they honor the name of the Muslim ruling family that continues to keep an abomination that makes desolate, the Dome of the Rock, on the Jews most sacred Temple Mount.

Good intentions of Rabbis have their followers calling upon HaShem, and HaShem they have, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It's a judgment from YaHuWaH Elohim for adding to His Torah, refusing to call upon His Name, and forbidding others to mention His Name on threat of death.

The Christian bible translators are also complicit in the sin. Most Christians have no idea what the Name of their "God" is, let alone how it is pronounced.

All believers in YaHuWaH, Jews and Christians, are instructed in scripture to call upon His Name.

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 12:4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise YaHuWaH, call upon His Name, declare His doings among the people, make mention that His Name is exalted.

Deuteronomy 5:11 You do not take away the Name of YaHuWaH your Elohim to nothingness, for YaHuWaH does not leave him unpunished who takes away His Name to nothingness.

Numbers 6:24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
27 And they shall put My Name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

Hint: His Name isn't "the LORD". He didn't hide His Name in the Hebrew manuscripts. Everyplace where it says "the LORD" it says YHWH in the manuscripts.
